Ordering products from us is easy. Please make your selection on this website. A shopping basket will be generated.

At any time you can add or remove items from the shopping basket. Please note that your shopping basket will be automatically emptied if you leave this online gallery part of our website.

Once you are satified with your selection you can generate the order by pressing the Create Order button on the shopping basket page.

This will lead you to a form where you will need to fill out your contact details so that we can contact you with a final quote including the shipping cost. Please note that occasionally an item that you selected had been previously sold before we could remove it from the website. In this event we will endeavour to suggest a similar item to you.

Once you receive our order confirmation via email you will be able to confirm this order by following the hyperlink in our order confirmation emaill. This will lead you to our order confirmation page where you make your final confirmation of your order and provide payment details to us.

You can make payment for your order by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

You can enter your payment details on the order confirmation form.

Please note that all payements and amounts quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$).

We will endeavour to ship your products to you safely and in the most economical way.
If you have any special shipping requirements then please let us know.
All items will be fully insured for shippment.

1. Orders do not become valid until confirmed by both parties. All items displayed on this website are subject to prior sale. We do endeavour to update our website often but it can happen that we just sold an item that you selected. In this case we will suggest a similar item to you or you may decide to commission a work from us.

2. We will ship your order once we have received payment from you by credit card. All payments will be in New Zealand dollars.

3. We will insure all orders when sending your products to you.

4. Refunds: If you do not like the product that you ordered you may return it to us.
